The first time I learned Ukulele, I determine to stay on using strumming pattern as long as I can, and try to avoid finger picking patter. The main reason is because it hurts my fingers obviously, but also I consider it difficult because it takes synchronization between your left and right brain 🥲

However, finger picking style is unavoidable for me, because many of my favorite songs is using it. So finally, I brace myself to learn finger picking pattern with my currently fave song : Happier by Olivia Rodrigo.

As I shared in my previous entry for Ukulele 101, now I mostly practice from Youtube video. And fortunately, one of my fave Guru, Ricky Somborn, just shared Happier tutorial with finger picking options 😆
